Anticipation is the new Collaboration release from Sleeping Lady Brewing and the soon to be licensed Anchorage Brewing Company.

Gabe Fletcher's dream is finally materializing into reality. The production center is just below the brewing operation of the Sleeping Lady Brewery. Don't go looking for his new stainless steel equipment, because he is actually going to lease the SLB for brewing purposes and transferring his product down stairs to his production area where he will inocculate his beer with Brettanomyces yeast. As most brewers know, Brett yeast is very infectious and needs to be contained in a very closed and tight environment. Gabe has perfected that type of containment. His beers are already pre-sold to an Alaska distributor and a distributor on the East Coast in Massachusetts.

So maybe you can stop by and sample some of the Anticipation in the firkin. I might add, that the beers on tap here, at CA do not contain the Brett yeast, as his licensing is still waiting for approval from the Alcohol and Beverage Control board. We will be having the Anticipation on tap, also.

See you here…..
