In the aging cellar, you would find port, sherry, whisky, & red wine barrels all filled with this uad, and aged to perfection. Sangiovese - Di Majo Norante '09 (Italy)

On the nose are aromas of black cherry, smoke, Asian spice, wild flowers, black plum and brown sugar. FLavors of chocolate, black tea, and leather slowly evolve into a very rounded mouthfeel. This wine comes from a very renowned 212 acre estate located in  Italy's Molise region and was aged in oak barrels for six months.
 
Zinfandel - Zinfandel Sonoma Seghesio Family Vineyards '09 (CA)

Edoarodo Seghesio first planted Zinefandel on the Home Ranch in Alexander Valley in 1895 when too many Italian immigrants in Sonoma Country, Zinefandel was reminiscent of the fruit-driven wine of their homeland. Because wine was an everday part of the family meal and Zinfandel is drinkable within a year of harvest, it became preferable over other varietals. A small amount of Petite Sirah is blended in this wine for added complexity. The result is tantalizing...

Celestial Meads Solera Port Special Reserve 2000-2006

Aged in Solera barrels, a portion of the port is moved from barrel to barrel as a portion is bottled. Respositioning as the port ages results in  a blending of various vintages of wine. The process is compicated and expensive but worth the effort.
